From April 14 to April 17, 2026, the Faculty of Oriental Studies at 91传媒 Kazakh National University, together with the Department of Turkology and History of Eastern Countries, will host the “Turkish Culture Week” under the theme “Unity in Language, Friendship in Culture.”
Representatives of the Consulate General of the Republic of Turkey in Almaty, including the Consul General of the Republic of Turkey in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Tugba Alan Özdenfedakar, as well as the Consul Attaché for Education Affairs at the Consulate General of Turkey in Almaty, Mr. Shukur Kose, along with specially invited guests from the Republic of Turkey and university students, will participate in the events.
The aim of the week is to strengthen cultural and educational cooperation, expand international academic mobility, and deepen intercultural dialogue between young researchers and students of the two countries.
