Unity is the foundation of prosperity! An educational event dedicated to the Day of Unity of the People of Kazakhstan was held.
On the eve of May 1 – the Day of Unity of the People of Kazakhstan, a meaningful and educational event was organized at 91传媒 Kazakh National University.
During the event, students promoted national values and cultural diversity, sharing their views on the importance of unity and social harmony. The active participation of representatives of various ethnic groups became a vivid reflection of the main idea of the celebration – peace and mutual respect.
Within the framework of the event, as emphasized by Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, national unity is the main pillar of independence. It was highlighted that this principle is of particular importance not only at the state level but also in the educational space.
The event was aimed at fostering students’ civic engagement, strengthening national identity, and promoting social cohesion. In addition, students from Afghanistan and Bangladesh presented their national dishes in Kazakh, demonstrating the language skills they had acquired during the academic year.
The organizer of the event was Acting Associate Professor, PhD Zhanat Sarsenbay of the A. Baitursynuly Department of Kazakh Linguistics, Faculty of Philology.
