Pedagogical Practice: A Platform for Enhancing Professional Skills

As part of the scheduled pedagogical practice of the Department of Pedagogy and Educational Management, a significant scientific and methodological event was held to foster the professional competencies of Master's students. On March 19, 2026, an open lecture was conducted for second-year Master's students of the "7M01802 – Social Pedagogy and Self-Knowledge" educational program, within the framework of the "Social Management in the Education System" discipline.

Content and Focus of the Lecture:

The central theme of the session was "State-Public Governance in the Education System." The lecture provided an in-depth analysis of the principles of interaction between government regulation and public initiatives, alongside an exploration of democratic management mechanisms in educational organizations. The educational process, delivered in a hybrid format (combining offline sessions with the ZOOM platform), demonstrated the high efficiency of modern educational technologies.

Scientific and Practical Significance and Contribution to SDGs:

This event directly contributes to the implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically focusing on:

SDG 4 (Quality Education): Enhancing the quality of professional training for future educators and managers through advanced pedagogical methods.

SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure): Integrating innovative hybrid technologies and digital infrastructure into the higher education learning process.

SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals): Developing effective mechanisms for state-public interaction and collaborative governance within the education sector.

This format of engagement provided a robust practical foundation for the Master's students' future research activities, allowing them to engage in critical discussions regarding the development of human capital.

The open lecture was prepared and delivered by Doctoral Student                                     A. S. Zhumagaliyeva (8D01802 – Social Pedagogy) under the supervision of                          A. M. Kudaibergenova, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences.
