On April 8, a delegation led by Sharif Baratov, Rector of Bukhara International University, visited the Faculty of Oriental Studies to explore its activities and hold a meeting with the faculty staff and students. During the event, issues regarding the development of academic mobility between the two universities and the organization of special internships for master's and doctoral students were extensively discussed. Furthermore, the parties agreed on professional development for faculty members, the implementation of joint research projects, and the establishment of international scientific collaboration.

A key outcome of the meeting was the exploration of opportunities for Kazakhstani scientists to publish articles in the VAK scientific journals of Bukhara International University, as well as the identification of specific mechanisms to strengthen partnerships in the fields of education and science in the future.
