On March 30, 2026, an event dedicated to one of the Sustainable Development Goals — Goal 3 “Good Health and Well-being” — was held in Room 216 at HSEB. The event was organized by first-year students majoring in Management under the supervision of Associate Professor Zueva N.Yu.
Special attention during the event was given to the issue of energy drink consumption among young people. The students thoroughly examined the composition of energy drinks, highlighting their high content of caffeine, sugar, and other stimulating substances. It was emphasized that regular consumption of such drinks can negatively affect health, causing increased heart rate, elevated blood pressure, sleep disturbances, heightened anxiety, and fatigue. It was also discussed that excessive consumption of energy drinks may lead to dependency and reduce overall performance in the long term.
As part of the event, the students prepared and presented a video about the harmful effects of energy drinks, in which they acted as performers themselves. The video vividly demonstrated the possible consequences of excessive consumption, which generated strong interest and engagement among the audience.
In addition, participants discussed the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, proper nutrition, and a daily routine as the foundation for preserving health and well-being.
The event was held in an active and engaging atmosphere, contributing to increased awareness among students about the importance of health and fostering a responsible attitude toward their lifestyle.
