As part of SDG-4, under the guidance of Serikbay Kusanov, Assistant Professor of the Department of Kazakh Literature and Literary Theory at the Faculty of Philology, G.S. Moldakhanova, a first-year doctoral student majoring in "8D02304 – Literary Criticism," held an open educational session on the topic "Respect Your Art" in the form of a creative meeting and exchange of opinions with a famous figure. Safuan Shaimerdenov, a talented actor from the M. Auezov Kazakh National Academic Theater, was invited to the meeting with the young students.

The goal of the open educational session: During the creative meeting, participants were expected to share information about the spirit of theater, the life of an actor on stage, and the content of plays, as well as discuss the connection between literature and art. Furthermore, the importance of theater in shaping the spiritual world and culture of the younger generation was to be explained and to instill in them a respect for art.

The objectives of the open educational session are:
- Developing students' moral qualities and spiritual values;
- Explaining stage life and theatrical culture from the perspective of acting;
- Promoting students' interpersonal skills and creativity.

Doctoral students from the Kazakh National University: T. Yeshimov, G. Moldakhanova, M. Dairabai, N. Zheksenbai, and L. Nogaybekyzy actively participated in the open educational session and organized a meeting with the actor. The students asked the actor various questions about stage culture, acting, theatrical repertoire, and art in general. In particular, the students were interested in the answers to questions about the roles of the Marauder in Shakespeare's "King Lear," Dr. Dorn in Chekhov's "The Seagull," and Polonius in Shakespeare's "Hamlet."
The actor's story of his artistic journey and his personal life also deeply touched the meeting participants. Indeed, literature and art are interrelated concepts, and the performing arts play a vital role in the cultural development of young people.
At the conclusion of the open educational session, Serikbay Kusanov, a lecturer in the Department of Kazakh Literature and Literary Theory and a candidate of philological sciences, thanked the renowned actor Safuan Shaimerdenov and wished him success in his creative endeavors. Samal Daribayev, acting head of the Department of Kazakh Literature and Literary Studies and a candidate of philological sciences, delivered the closing speech and presented the guest of honor with the book "Kily Zaman" (Tough Times) by M. Auezov.
