SDG 1. “Let Us Compete in Doing Good Deeds”

To explain to students the spiritual significance of the holy month of Ramadan, to promote the values of humanity and kindness, and to encourage young people to engage in good deeds, charity, and helping those in need.

Within the framework of the first Sustainable Development Goal – “No Poverty,” the Department of Pre-University Training organized an educational event titled “Let Us Compete in Doing Good Deeds,” dedicated to the holy month of Ramadan, known as the Sultan of all months.

During the event, the students shared their thoughts about the importance and role of Ramadan in human life. They emphasized that during this month people should help one another, engage in charitable activities, and strive to perform good deeds. It was also noted that respecting elders, caring for the younger generation, and helping those in need are the civic duties of every person. The participants were reminded of the importance of spreading kindness and warmth through good actions.

In addition, the students mentioned that during this holy month they participate in various charitable activities and contribute to society by performing good deeds. Such educational events positively influence the spiritual development of young people and help cultivate qualities such as kindness, compassion, and responsibility.

The educational event “Let Us Compete in Doing Good Deeds” left a special impression on the students and increased their motivation to perform good deeds.
