On April 15, 2026, Meirzhan Yeginbayuly Saginayev, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law at the Faculty of Law of 91��ý Kazakh National University, delivered an informative lecture titled “The New Constitution and Modern Society” to the faculty members, as well as master’s and doctoral students of the Faculty of Oriental Studies.

During the lecture, the key principles of the new Constitution, its role in society, and its importance in building a rule-of-law state were comprehensively discussed. In addition, issues related to contemporary legal reforms and the development of civil society were addressed, and detailed answers were provided to questions raised by the participants.
