On April 10, 2026, a scientific and educational event was held at the Department of Chemistry and Technology of Organic Substances, Natural Compounds, and Polymers of  the NC JSC «91��ý Kazakh National University» on the topic: “Homeopathic and Galenic Preparations: Technologies of Production and Application.”

The event was organized for students of the educational program
«6B07201 – Pharmaceutical Production Technology».

The lectures were delivered by invited international scholars - Candidates of Chemical Sciences, Associate Professors of Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute:
Zamira T. Pazylbekova and Oygul R. Rakhimova.

The lectures covered the following key topics:

- modern approaches to the preparation of homeopathic medicines, including potentization, dilution, and standardization processes; 

- technological features of producing galenic preparations based on plant raw materials (tinctures, extracts, decoctions), as well as quality requirements for raw materials; 

- issues of ensuring stability, safety, and efficacy of dosage forms; 

- regulatory and technical documentation and international requirements for pharmaceutical quality control;

- prospects for implementing innovative technologies in the production of traditional medicinal products. 

Special attention was paid to the comparative analysis of homeopathic and galenic preparations, their role in modern pharmacotherapy, and their rational use in medical practice.

The event was also attended by Head of the Department, Candidate of Chemical Sciences, Professor G.S. Irmukhametova; Candidate of Chemical Sciences, Associate Professor Yu.A. Litvinenko and Senior Lecturer A.Zh. Alikulov.

This event directly contributes to the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals defined by the United Nations: SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being - advancing knowledge of modern and traditional medicines improves the quality of healthcare and pharmaceutical products; SDG 4: Quality Education  - providing students with up-to-date knowledge and international academic experience; SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure — development of pharmaceutical technologies and implementation of innovative approaches; SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals - strengthening international cooperation between universities of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
