Academic and Career Path after Higher Education Institutions
On April 16, 2025, master’s students of the “Regional Studies” educational program — Abdussattar Diana and Zhalgas Zhumabekov — conducted an event within the framework of their research and teaching practice for 2nd-year students of the “Regional Studies” and “International Relations” programs (group curator-advisors: Z.K. Idrisheva, G.A. Apsattarova) on the topic “Academic and Career Path after Higher Education Institutions.” Practice supervisors: A.T. Kulbayeva, L.T. Issova.
During the event, within the framework of the implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Goal 4 “Quality Education,” the importance of education and its role in serving society were discussed. In addition, issues related to planning academic trajectories, career orientation, and adaptation to modern labor market requirements were comprehensively examined. Students demonstrated a high level of engagement, and the discussion revealed their strong critical thinking skills and motivation toward professional development.
