The Kazakh National University named after al-Farabi hosted the Mansap+ job fair, aimed at improving the professional level of students and graduates.
The events were attended by more than 40 leading partners from various sectors of the economy, among which – QSamruk.kz Air Astana, Almaty International Airport, Allur, Halyk Bank, CenterCredit Bank, Kaspi Bank, Kzi Bank, Freedom Holding, Nestle Food Kazakhstan, EFES Kazakhstan, Coca Cola Bottlers, Henkel, Eurasian Machinery, Kcell, Beeline and others.
This project, initiated by the Office of Professional Development and Career of the Competence Center of the Department of Academic Affairs, became a logical continuation of the MansapStart program and brought interaction with employers to a new level. The main goal of the event is to increase the competitiveness of young professionals in the labor market, create an effective platform for employment and strengthen strategic partnerships with the country's largest business structures.
The large-scale event was attended by more than 3,000 students and graduates, who had the opportunity to undergo direct interviews with potential employers and receive personal career advice. As a result of the fair, about 150 participants received job offers, and more than 500 students were sent to work internships in leading companies.
The key feature of the Mansap+ format was its high interactivity: in addition to traditional poster work, networking sessions, video presentations of companies and events to familiarize with the corporate culture were organized.
The university management expressed gratitude to the partners for their contribution to the development of the students' professional potential. In the future, it is planned to expand the horizons of cooperation, including guest lectures and master classes from representatives of employers.
