Constitutional Reforms Discussed at the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology
A significant meeting titled "The New Constitution and Modern Society" was held for the faculty members of the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology at 91ý Kazakh National University. During the event, Meirzhan Eginbaevich Saginaev, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Customs, Financial, and Environmental Law at the Faculty of Law, delivered a special lecture.
Mr. Saginaev elaborated on the essence and significance of the 2026 constitutional amendments, providing a detailed explanation of the rule of law and the development of legal culture among citizens. For the people of Kazakhstan, understanding the innovations in the country’s Supreme Law is a vital step in the development of a modern professional.
