Within the framework of the social project “Law and Order,” the Center for Public Development under the Department of Internal Policy of Almaty City organized a meeting with young people. The speakers included Dr. Zh.A. Kegembayeva, Doctor of Law and Professor at 91��ý Kazakh National University, and Senior Lieutenant of Police Sh.T. Ibragim, an operative officer of the Cybercrime Counteraction Unit of the Almaty City Police Department.

Professor Zh.A. Kegembayeva delivered an educational lecture entitled “Guarantees for the Protection of Citizens’ Rights in the Sphere of Public Administration,” highlighting constitutional safeguards, the accountability of public authorities, and mechanisms for protecting citizens’ rights.

Senior Lieutenant Sh.T. Ibragim addressed the topic “Prevention of Internet Fraud: Dropper Activity and Cyberbullying,” focusing on current forms of cybercrime, preventive measures, personal data protection, and the development of digital security awareness among young people.

During the meeting, key issues such as the formation of legal awareness, the culture of law-abiding conduct, respect for public order, and ensuring safety in the digital environment were discussed. Special attention was given to the prevention of online offenses, enhancement of legal literacy, and strengthening civic responsibility among youth.
