On April 15, 2026, an important working meeting was held with representatives of the International Cultural Communication Center Malaysia (ICCCM) — Benjamin Leong and Nasridini Asliddin, as well as with the leadership of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law of the Faculty of Law under the guidance of K.R. Useinova.

In an atmosphere of open dialogue and mutual understanding, the parties discussed the prospects for academic cooperation and reached an agreement on its further development. This meeting became an important step towards strengthening international ties aimed at the development of education, science, and professional exchange.

Within the framework of cooperation, a number of initiatives are planned:
— launch of joint educational programs and academic mobility of students
— advanced training of the teaching staff
— exchange of best practices and development of scientific potential
— improvement of approaches to the management of educational processes
— introduction of modern educational materials and technologies
— holding international conferences, forums, and scientific events
— implementation of joint projects for the internationalization of education.

The parties confirmed their readiness for long-term and productive partnership based on the principles of mutual respect, equality, and the pursuit of common progress.
