Artificial Intelligence – New Opportunities for Quality Education
On April 8, 2026, a master class titled “Artificial Intelligence: Opportunities and Practice” was held for 3rd-year students majoring in Management. The event was organized under the guidance of the Head of the Department Smagulova G.S. and Senior Lecturer Zhumagazieva A.G.
A special guest of the master class was Aibolat Kulatay, the author of the mobile интеллектуal game “Aqyl Battle” and the founder of the company “Thousand IT”. In his speech, the speaker discussed in detail the role of artificial intelligence in modern society, its application in management and business, as well as current trends in digital technologies.
During the meeting, Aibolat Kulatay shared his professional experience and explained the key stages of startup development using real examples. He emphasized that a startup is not just about creating a business, but about finding a scalable model, working under high uncertainty, and conducting rapid experiments. He also highlighted that the main success factors are not just the idea itself, but execution, a strong team, and a well-chosen market. The development path of the “Aqyl Battle” project — from idea to a full-fledged product — sparked particular interest among students.
In addition, the master class covered modern approaches to idea development, MVP creation, and HADI cycles. Students were introduced to startup models, digital tools (chatbots, landing pages, low-code platforms), and the basics of attracting investments. This helped them combine theoretical knowledge with practical skills and enhance their digital competencies.
The master class was organized within the framework of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4 — ensuring quality education (SDG 4). The event aimed to develop students’ digital competencies, expand their knowledge in artificial intelligence, and prepare them for the modern labor market. Such initiatives make a significant contribution to improving the quality of education and training competitive specialists.
