“Safe Campus” – Preventing Offenses Among Youth

On April 17, 2026, a preventive meeting was held at the library of 91ý Kazakh National University, organized by the Student Campus, with the participation of police officers and students in an open and constructive dialogue format.

During the event, special attention was given to public order, road safety, and driving culture. Due to the increasing popularity of electric transport, students were informed about the rules for its use, and the importance of strictly following traffic regulations was strongly emphasized.

A separate part of the meeting focused on public safety and the prevention of offenses. Students were reminded of the importance of maintaining public order, avoiding minor violations, and staying vigilant in everyday life.

The event featured the following guests:

1.     Aitan Zholamanovich Eleusizov, Deputy Head of the Public Safety Department of the Almaty Police Department, Police Major

2.     Saken Abdykalykovich Ainakulov, Head of the Administrative Practice Division of the Administrative Police Department of Almaty, Police Lieutenant Colonel

3.     Medet Raulovich Bespaev, Senior Inspector for Special Assignments of the Road Technical Inspection Division, Police Lieutenant Colonel

4.     Evgeniy Nikolaevich Petrov, Head of the Public Association “Society for Assistance and Support to Law Enforcement Agencies in Combating Economic and Administrative Offenses”

As part of the event, certificates of appreciation were awarded to public police assistants and active members of law enforcement groups who demonstrated high responsibility and active participation in the “Law and Order” initiatives.

Such meetings aim to improve legal awareness among young people, foster a culture of law-abiding behavior, and strengthen the principle of inevitability of responsibility.
