11 February 2026
SDG 14. ECOLOGICAL BALANCE AND GLOBAL CLIMATE CRISIS

A cognitive and ecological event on the topic “Ecological Balance and Global Climate Crisis” was organized and successfully conducted with the participation of students of the “Biology” educational program.

The main objective of the event was to explain the importance of ecological balance to students and young people, to enhance understanding of the causes and consequences of global climate change, and to increase responsibility for environmental protection.

During the event, participants were provided with informative materials on maintaining balance in ecosystems, the impact of anthropogenic factors on nature, climate change, and its effects on biodiversity. In addition, lectures were delivered on global warming, the impact of greenhouse gases, and the efficient use of natural resources, followed by educational discussions.

As part of the event, participants watched and discussed video materials related to environmental issues. They also exchanged views on ways to prevent the climate crisis and the principles of sustainable development, presenting their own proposals.

Students actively participated, expressing their opinions during the question-and-answer session. Environmental activities were also organized, focusing on practical steps toward nature conservation.

This event was aimed at developing ecological culture, fostering a responsible attitude toward nature, and raising awareness of the pressing issues of the global climate crisis.
