New Technologies and Legal Reforms: Artificial Intelligence, Digitalization, and the Rule of Law

The Institute for Advanced Training and Continuing Education of 91ý Kazakh National University, in collaboration with the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law of the Faculty of Law, organized a professional development course entitled "New Technologies and Legal Reforms: Artificial Intelligence, Digitalization, and the Rule of Law",  which was conducted at a high level from March 16 to March 31, 2026.
The academic staff of the department actively participated in the course, enhancing their knowledge and professional competencies in the fields of modern legal reforms, digital transformation, and the role of artificial intelligence in law. The training program was fully completed, and upon its conclusion, participants were awarded certificates totaling 80 academic hours.
The scientific and methodological organization and the successful delivery of the course were led by the Head of the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law, Doctor of Law, Professor G.A. Kuanaliyeva. Her high level of professionalism and strong organizational skills were particularly noted, and she was awarded a letter of appreciation.
This course contributed to the professional development of the participants and provided them with the opportunity to master contemporary trends in the field of law.
