According to Sustainable Development Goal №3 “Good Health and Well-being”, it aims to ensure a healthy lifestyle and promote well-being for all people of all ages. This goal is directed at reducing the level of diseases, preventing illnesses, strengthening the healthcare system, as well as improving the quality and life expectancy of the population.
Our goal is to form students’ understanding of the importance of health as a fundamental human value, to develop a responsible attitude towards their own physical and mental condition, and to foster healthy lifestyle habits.
In modern conditions, human health is affected by various factors: stress, poor nutrition, lack of physical activity, and environmental degradation. Therefore, it is especially important to develop conscious attitudes among young people toward preserving their health.

World Health Day is celebrated annually on April 7 on the initiative of the World Health Organization. The purpose of this day is to raise public awareness about health issues and draw attention to disease prevention.
During the curatorial hour, the following main topics were discussed with students:
• the concept of health and its importance
• factors affecting human health
• the importance of proper nutrition and physical activity
• the impact of harmful habits
• the importance of mental health
Thus, the implementation of SDG №3 contributes to the formation of a healthy society. The conducted curatorial hour allowed students to realize the importance of maintaining health, identify the main factors affecting it, and conclude on the necessity of following the principles of a healthy lifestyle.
