Today, at the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology, a substantive lecture titled “New Constitution and Modern Society” was held within the framework of the “Law and Order” concept. The event was attended by the faculty’s academic staff, who received in-depth information on актуal legal issues.
The lecture was delivered by Senior Lecturer of the Department of Civil Law, Civil Procedure and Labor Law of the Faculty of Law, Gulnura Azratalievna Khudaiberdina. During the lecture, the main amendments and additions to the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan were thoroughly explained, along with their impact on the development of society and their significance in ensuring the rights and freedoms of citizens.
In addition, issues related to the formation of legal culture in modern society, strengthening the rule of law, and improving citizens’ legal literacy were discussed. Comprehensive answers were provided to the questions raised by participants, and a meaningful exchange of views took place.
This event enabled the faculty staff to deepen their legal knowledge and gain a better understanding of current issues in modern society.
