On March 20, the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology widely celebrated Nauryz – the Great Day of the Ulys. The festive event was actively attended by the faculty’s academic staff, employees, and students.
During the event, national traditions and values were promoted, showcasing the rich cultural heritage of the Kazakh people. Participants were offered Nauryz kozhe, pilaf, hot baursaks, and other traditional dishes.
In addition, Kazakh customs and traditions were presented, with explanations of their meaning and significance. In particular, the rituals of shashu and tusau keser were demonstrated, and the history of Nauryznama was thoroughly discussed.
The celebration was organized at a high level and created a festive atmosphere for all participants. This important event contributed to strengthening national spirit and fostering respect for traditions among the youth.
