On April 22, 2026, an off-campus lesson for Tourism students was organized by lecturer Beisakhmet A.A. as part of the course “Ethics and Etiquette in Tourism” at the А. Kasteev Museum. 

The aim was to reinforce professional ethics and business etiquette in practice. Museum staff explained the specifics of working with visitors, ethical standards in the cultural sector, and ways to resolve challenging situations, and also conducted a guided tour. The lesson contributed to the development of students’ professional skills.
