SDG – 4: Development of Conscious Behavior Skills and Prevention of Addictive Behaviors among Students

An informational and preventive meeting was held at the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science, aimed at developing conscious behavior skills and increasing awareness of the risks of addictive behaviors in the modern digital environment.

The session addressed factors contributing to impulsive behavioral patterns, as well as the development of habits associated with excessive use of digital platforms and engagement in potentially risky activities. Special emphasis was placed on self-control, conscious decision-making, and the ability to recognize behavioral risks at an early stage.

Participants discussed the role of stress factors, emotional states, and social environment in shaping behavioral patterns. The importance of critical thinking and responsibility for personal decisions in everyday life was also highlighted.

The practical part included discussion and reflection activities, during which students analyzed their own behavioral strategies and possible ways to enhance self-regulation. Students actively participated and shared their insights.

The event contributed to increasing students’ awareness, developing conscious behavior skills, and strengthening the preventive potential of the educational environment.
