International experts highly appreciated the potential of the KazNU Business School
The delegation of Farabi International Business School took part in the Capacity Building Workshop in Almaty, where the prospects for the development of business education in Central Asia were discussed.
As part of the event, international experts paid an official visit to the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
During the seminar, representatives of business schools and academia paid special attention to the issues of building regional educational potential, internationalization and sustainable institutional partnership. The possibilities of adapting Central Asian business schools to modern economic and social challenges were also discussed.
As part of this collaboration, Farabi International Business School hosted distinguished guests on the KazNU campus – Debbie Kemp, Director of Business School Relations, and Richard Turner, Head of Business Development. During the campus tour, the guests got acquainted with the university's innovation ecosystem, in particular:
visited the Farabi Hub and the Farabi Robotics laboratory. We evaluated the capabilities of the university's supercomputer complex. They also visited the Farabi Library and the university Museum, getting acquainted with the deep history and intellectual heritage of the educational institution.
The program of the visit included a presentation of the "Continuous Improvement Model" (CIM) by Farabi International Business School. This model is aimed at strengthening the positive impact of the school on society, students and the professional environment. CIM includes mechanisms for developing responsible leadership, ensuring access to education, and building effective relationships with external stakeholders.
This visit was an important step towards the school's obtaining international accreditation. The experts provided professional feedback on the strategic development of the business school and made a number of significant recommendations. The advice received will help strengthen the position of Farabi International Business School on the world stage and its compliance with high international standards.
