Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency: International Experience
The event was organized by the Department of International Law (PhD, Associate Professor K.Zh. Altayeva, Assistant Professor Z.M. Baymagambetova, Acting Associate Professor D.U. Baitukayeva) with the aim of preventing youth delinquency, enhancing legal awareness, and fostering a sense of social responsibility among young people.
During the guest lecture, Professor of Tashkent State University of Law, Doctor of Law Muattar Rakhimova, shared effective international practices. The session covered modern approaches to working with youth, preventive measures, and ways to develop legal culture.
International experience shows that prevention is not only about punishment, but 锌褉械卸写械 胁褋械谐芯 about education, support, and guidance.
