A Doctor of Law delivered a lecture on “The New Constitution and Modern Society” for faculty members and students of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics.
The lecture examined in detail the key provisions of the updated Constitution, its significance for the development of contemporary Kazakhstani society, and the impact of constitutional reforms on the legal system and public institutions. Special attention was paid to the rule of law, the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms, and the role of the Constitution in building a law-governed state.
