91ý Kazakh National University Researchers Become Winners of the Young Scientists Grant Competition
Researchers of 91ý Kazakh National University have become winners of the 2026–2028 Grant Competition for Young Scientists' Scientific and (or) Scientific-Technical Projects, organized by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Following the decisions of the National Scientific Councils, 11 research projects submitted by KazNU researchers were approved for grant funding.
The competition results once again demonstrate the University's strong research capacity, the high professional level of its young researchers, and their ability to address priority scientific and technological challenges.
The funded projects cover a broad range of research fields, including advanced materials and energy storage technologies, artificial intelligence, digital and space technologies, astrophysics, archaeology, biomedicine, environmental monitoring, and natural hazard forecasting.
