A lecture on the new Constitution was held at the APA under the President of the RK
The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Almaty branch) hosted a meaningful and relevant meeting with the participation of Doctor of Law, Professor A.S. Ibraeva and civil servants of the city of Almaty and the Almaty region.
The main purpose of the event was to clarify the content of the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as to discuss the key directions for the development of the rule of law in modern conditions.
During the meeting, the following important issues were discussed in detail:
Law and order in the national ideology as the foundation for the sustainable development of society and the state
The historical and cultural foundations of the national ideology related to the rule of law serve as a value-based foundation for the formation of legal consciousness.
The participants actively discussed the practical significance of constitutional reforms, their impact on the system of public administration, and the role of civil servants in ensuring the rule of law and order.
