The International Scientific Conference of Students and Young Scientists 鈥淔arabi World鈥�
On April 7, 2026, the International Scientific Conference of Students and Young Scientists “Farabi World” was held at the Faculty of Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence of 91传媒 Kazakh National University. The large-scale scientific event brought together students, master’s and doctoral students, and young researchers from Kazakhstan and foreign universities. At the plenary session of the conference, among the best participants, a 4th-year student of the educational program “6B06301 – Information Security Systems,” Zhansen Kabakbay, was awarded a second-degree diploma and a monetary prize for the project titled “Development of a Web Application for Deepfake Detection Based on Video Frames and Audio Spectrograms.” Scientific supervisor: PhD, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Cybersecurity and Cryptology, Aidana Zhumabekova.
