On April 25, 2026, at the Zhetysu University named after I.Zhansugurov, the results of the Fourth International Research Competition “Bilim zhane Bolashak” were summarized in an online format. The organizers of the event were the Eurasian Scientific and Methodological Journal “East-West” for master’s and doctoral students (EW ESMJ) and Zhetysu University named after I.Zhansugurov, with the support of the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University and the Faculty of Philology of аl-Farabi Kazakh National University.

Representatives of al-Farabi Kazakh National University, L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University, Astana International University, Astana IT University, S.D.Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University, Zhetysu University named after I.Zhansugurov, Baishev University, Kh.Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University, Zhangir Khan West Kazakhstan Agrarian-Technical University, academician E.A.Buketov Karaganda National Research University, Sh.Ualikhanov Kokshetau University, A.Margulan Pavlodar Pedagogical University, Shakarim University, M.Auezov South Kazakhstan Research University, Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Physics and Mathematics, School-Gymnasium No. 86 named after Gabit Musrepov (Almaty), Secondary School No. 63 and Secondary School No. 10 named after S.Nurmagambetov (Taraz), Saraychik Secondary School named after K.Karashauly (Makhambet District, Atyrau Region), as well as international participants from Cyprus International University (Northern Cyprus), Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction (Azerbaijan), Francisk Skorina Gomel State University (Belarus), Renaissance University (Uzbekistan), Arabaev Kyrgyz State University (Kyrgyzstan), and others took part in the competition.

Training webinars were organized for participants on writing scientific articles, working with international databases Web of Science and Scopus, as well as with scientific journals of the Committee for Quality Assurance in Science and Higher Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and others.

All articles underwent triple-blind peer review. Experts from foreign and Kazakhstani universities noted the relevance of the research topics proposed by the participants, as well as the high level of preparation and formatting of the articles.

A 4th year student of the educational program “Russian as a Foreign Language” Umida Aisarakhunova took second place and was awarded a second-degree diploma.
