To develop a new multilevel modular system for pedagogical training of engineering disciplines teachers based on international network cooperation.

1. Analysis of European practices on effective methods of training highly qualified engineering educators
2. Development of three programs (basic, fundamental, advanced) for engineering teachers with a flexible set of modules based on modern learning technologies, including e-learning
3. Development of technologies for creating individual educational trajectories in engineering pedagogy
4. Development of a model of international cooperation for the implementation of modules and dissemination of project results
5. Development of supporting documents and rules for network cooperation
6. Development of criteria for assessing professional competencies acquired by engineering teachers and criteria for evaluating the quality of educational programs
7. Evaluation of the results of pilot programs implementation
