Pre-defense of International Master鈥檚 Students Held
SDG-4 The pre-defense of master’s students was held at the Faculty of Journalism, Department of Print and Electronic Media, of 91传媒 Kazakh National University. During the event, students presented their research findings and answered questions from the examination committee.
A total of 20 master’s students from the 7M03220 “Journalism” program, 18 from the 7M03222 “Communication” program, and 1 from the 7M03214 “Business Communication” program took part in the pre-defense.
It is noteworthy that all participants are international students. They are currently studying at the university, having arrived from African countries and China.
The event made it possible to assess the quality of the students’ research work and evaluate their readiness for the final defense. The committee members gave positive feedback on the relevance and quality of the presented studies and provided several recommendations.
The pre-defense contributes to the development of professional competencies and the improvement of research skills among master’s students.
