Farabi International Business School at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University acted as an academic partner of the workshop on the topic: "From lesson to strategy: gamification and business thinking at school".

The event brought together school leaders, teachers and methodologists interested in mastering modern educational technologies. The workshop discussed mechanisms for adapting business education tools such as strategic thinking, resource management, and teamwork to the school environment.

The practical part was organized on the basis of a business simulator "Topmanager.AI ". The participants, divided into teams, modeled the company's activities: they made management decisions in conditions of limited resources and analyzed the impact of various strategies on the final result.

This initiative is aimed at promoting innovation in the field of business education and the development of the ecosystem of "school – university – business".
