KazNU presents educational programs in Mongolia

For the first time, the international educational exhibition "Study in Kazakhstan" was held in the capital of Mongolia, Ulaanbaatar. Representatives of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University took part in this important event aimed at strengthening partnership between the two countries in the field of education and science, who presented educational programs and opportunities of the university.

The large-scale international exhibition was organized jointly by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Education of Mongolia and the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Mongolia. The main purpose of the event is to increase the attractiveness of Kazakhstan's higher education and attract foreign applicants.

During the two-day exhibition, the KazNU delegation thoroughly familiarized Mongolian applicants, students and parents with the university's educational programs. The visitors of the exhibition received full information and individual consultations on a three-stage education system, including bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees. In addition, they explained in detail such areas of international integration as academic mobility and internships abroad, as well as the conditions for admission to grants and government scholarship programs for foreign citizens.

The KazNU pavilion aroused particular interest among students and representatives of educational organizations. Mongolian applicants have shown great interest in modern specialties and double degree programs at a leading Kazakh university.

Within the framework of the exhibition, the Kazakh delegation, including representatives of KazNU, paid an official visit to the leading higher educational institutions of Mongolia. In particular, meetings were held with the leadership of the Mongolian State University (National University of Mongolia) and the University of Finance and Economics (University of Finance and Economy).

During the meetings, the parties discussed prospects for cooperation in the implementation of joint research projects, the intensification of exchange programs for teachers and students, as well as the development of common mechanisms to improve the quality of education in the Central Asian and Mongolian regions.
