Chairman of the Management Board – Rector of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Zhanseit Tuimebayev held a meeting with Nurzhan Ismagulov, Head of the Department of Economic Investigations of the Financial Monitoring Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty. The meeting was also attended by the head of the Organizational and Control Department, Ablay Myrzakhanov, and staff member Zhaksylyk Myrzakhan.

The parties discussed issues of strengthening mutually beneficial cooperation between the university and the department, developing joint work in the field of science, education and professional training. Special attention was paid to the direction of training specialists in the field of financial monitoring, expanding the base of industrial practice for students.

The head of the university, Zhanseit Tuimebayev, presented the achievements of KazNU to the honored guests. In his speech, the rector noted that the partnership between the university and the department contributes to the improvement of practical knowledge and strengthen the professional competence of students. He also emphasized the relevance of organizing joint lectures and internships.

In turn, Nurzhan Ismagulov stressed that cooperation with the university opens up wide opportunities for the introduction of modern approaches in the field of economic security. The guest of honor noted the department's readiness to organize practical classes, internships and joint training programs.

After the meeting, a special campus tour was organized, and the activities of research centers and laboratories were presented.
