First Secretary of the Embassy of Japan Visited the Faculty of Oriental Studies
Takaaki Ujihara, First Secretary of the Embassy of Japan in Kazakhstan, visited the Faculty of Oriental Studies at 91传媒 Kazakh National University and learned about the current state of the Japanese Studies section under the Department of the Far East.
During the meeting with Dean of the Faculty M.Sh. Egamberdiyev, Head of the Department of the Far East A.B. Abagan, and instructors of the Japanese Studies section, the participants discussed students鈥� Japanese language proficiency, motivation, academic mobility programs, and other relevant issues. Both sides expressed their interest in further developing cooperation and thanked each other.
The First Secretary also met with students of the Japanese Studies section and exchanged views with them in an open and friendly atmosphere.
