Shanghai representatives got acquainted with the scientific potential of KazNU
A delegation led by Wen Yuan, Advisor to the Government of Shanghai, member of the Governing Council of UNESCO Tec, arrived at al-Farabi Kazakh National University on a working visit. During the visit, the guests got acquainted with the scientific potential of the university.
The honorary guests were received by Alina Galeyeva, Member of the Board and Vice鈥�Rector for Academic Affairs. The parties discussed issues of expanding cooperation.
The Vice-Rector presented the achievements of the university in the field of science and artificial intelligence, and also spoke about the ongoing fundamental and applied research. In addition, issues related to the development of digital technologies at the university, support for young scientists and the implementation of international scientific projects were discussed.
Following the meeting, the parties expressed interest in expanding mutual cooperation in the field of higher education and science, and also agreed to jointly implement specific projects in the future.
