From May 12 to June 1, 2026, in-person classes conducted by Saparbayeva Nurzhan Baltazhanovna, Ph.D., lecturer of the Department of Chinese Studies at the Faculty of Oriental Studies of 91��ý Kazakh National University, continued for students of the Faculty of Foreign Languages at Ogarev Mordovia State University.

As part of the educational program, the lecturer continued teaching Chinese language and Chinese history courses, paying special attention to the development of students’ communicative competence, improvement of oral speech skills, expansion of vocabulary, as well as in-depth study of the historical and cultural characteristics of China.

During the classes, students became acquainted with the major stages of Chinese history, the features of both traditional and modern Chinese culture, and actively practiced listening, reading, and speaking skills in Chinese. The in-person classes contributed to increasing students’ interest in learning the Chinese language and strengthening academic cooperation between the two universities.
