Teachers of Bukhara State Medical Institute Delivered Lectures at KazNU within the Academic Mobility Program
Within the framework of the academic mobility program, guest lectures were delivered at the Department of Biotechnology, Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology of 91ý Kazakh National University by faculty members of the Department of Microbiology, Virology and Immunology of Bukhara State Medical Institute, Republic of Uzbekistan.
The following scholars participated in the program:
• Saodat Khikmatovna Khomidova – Candidate of Biological Sciences, Associate Professor;
• Dilnoza Kadyrovna Razykova – PhD, Associate Professor;
• Feruza Abolovna Mustafaeva – PhD, Associate Professor.
As part of the academic mobility program, the visiting lecturers conducted lectures and practical classes for students in the discipline “Microbiology and Virology” with a total workload of 72 academic hours. During the classes, students gained in-depth knowledge of the biology of microorganisms, the structure and properties of viruses, immunological processes, and modern microbiological research methods.
In addition, the visiting scholars became acquainted with the educational and research laboratories of the faculty and explored the department’s scientific and technical facilities. During the meetings, the participants discussed opportunities for strengthening academic and scientific cooperation between the two universities, implementing joint research projects, and expanding academic mobility programs.
This event provided an excellent opportunity to enhance students’ professional training, promote international experience exchange, and strengthen scientific collaboration.
