The UNESCO Chair on Sustainable Development has launched the diploma project defenses for students of the Educational Program 6B05202 – Ecology.

Graduating students are presenting the results of their research devoted to current issues of environmental protection, environmental safety, sustainable use of natural resources, waste management, environmental monitoring, and the promotion of sustainable territorial development.

During the defense process, students demonstrate the knowledge and research skills acquired throughout their studies, as well as their ability to apply modern environmental assessment and analysis methods to solve practical problems. Many of the projects are based on real-world data and focus on developing recommendations aimed at reducing negative environmental impacts and improving the ecological efficiency of various facilities and processes.

The State Attestation Commission evaluates the level of theoretical and practical training of future specialists and their readiness for professional activities in the fields of ecology and environmental management.
