Strengthening International Academic Cooperation: Outcomes of the Working Visit to Bukhara
Recently Institute of Professional Development and Additional Education of 91ý Kazakh National University paid an official working visit to the Republic of Uzbekistan. The main event of the trip was participation in a large-scale international conference hosted by Bukhara International University, dedicated to the successful completion of the first cohort of the Summer School and the expansion of bilateral cooperation.

The event brought together representatives of the academic communities of both countries. The forum was attended by the leadership, vice-rectors, and delegates of leading higher educational institutions of Uzbekistan. Among them were Samarkand State University, Bukhara State University, Bukhara Engineering-Technological Institute, Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sina, Bukhara State Pedagogical Institute, and the Asian International University.

During the official part of the conference, certificates were ceremoniously awarded to the graduates of the first cohort of the Summer School. The forum participants held productive negotiations, discussing the prospects for future partnership, the implementation of joint educational programs, and the exchange of best practices in the field of innovative teaching. The culmination of the meeting was the ceremonial exchange of previously signed Memoranda of Cooperation, which took place in a highly official and representative atmosphere. As a sign of deep respect and appreciation, the parties also exchanged letters of gratitude.

The Director of the Institute of Professional Development and Additional Education, Saragul Mashbekovna Nalibaeva, noted the high level of the event's organization: "Strengthening international ties and implementing joint educational projects, such as the Summer School, open new horizons for academic development. We highly appreciate the constructive dialogue and the atmosphere of mutual understanding established with our colleagues in Uzbekistan."

In turn, the Rector of Bukhara International University, Sharif Ramazanovich Baratov, emphasized the importance of strategic partnership: "The integration of the scientific and educational potential of our universities is a significant step. We are confident that the consolidated agreements will serve as a solid foundation for the implementation of large-scale joint initiatives and the further convergence of our academic schools."
Both parties highly evaluated the work accomplished, noting complete mutual understanding and readiness for the practical implementation of the outlined plans. The visit was an important step towards creating a unified scientific and educational space and strengthening friendly ties between the universities.
