The topic of the webinar is “Judicial justice in resolving disputes arising from a work contract.” Questions:
- General requirements of the work agreement;
- Methods for resolving disputes arising from a work agreement;
Omirtai Roza analyzed the importance of judicial justice in resolving contractual disputes. Students took an active part.
