SDG 4. Quality education; SDG 17. Partnerships for sustainable development
On September 19, 2024, a seminar on "Information and Communication Sciences" was held at the branch of the North-West Polytechnic University (NPU) in Kazakhstan. The event brought together representatives of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), Huawei, and teaching staff of Department of Electronics and Astrophysics of the 91传媒 Kazakh National University and NPU.
During the seminar, interesting reports were presented, including the topic "Global Trends in 5G Development" from representatives of Huawei, as well as a discussion of ITU activities. Experts shared their research on localization systems, modulation classification, and the impact of radio frequency (RF) devices on human health.
The seminar ended with a closing ceremony, where participants discussed the results and opportunities for future cooperation.
