SDG 11 鈥淪ustainable Cities and Communities鈥�
馃寙鉁� On October 9, 2025, within the framework of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG 11) “Sustainable Cities and Communities,” Darkhanova S.D., a lecturer from the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, visited the city’s new cultural landmarks together with students from advisory group 105. 馃挮
One of these places was the Center for Contemporary Culture “Tselinny” — a unique regional institution that brings together artists, researchers, and scholars for open reflection and critical discussion. 馃實馃帹
The center implements significant projects such as:
