The Department of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine and Health Care, 91传媒 Kazakh National University, cordially invites you to participate in the international scientific seminar “Epidemiological Study Design”. This seminar will bring together foreign experts, faculty members from leading medical universities and research organizations, doctoral students, as well as representatives of public organizations, associations, and professional communities, providing a platform for exchanging knowledge, achievements, and advanced technologies in healthcare.

- UiT The Arctic University of Norway
- State Institution of Nursing Affairs, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Objectives of the seminar:
- To develop knowledge and practical skills in epidemiological study design;
- To master modern methodological approaches to planning and conducting scientific research;
- To strengthen international scientific cooperation and experience exchange;
- To enhance research competence of medical professionals and doctoral students;
- To discuss current issues and future perspectives in epidemiological research in healthcare.
The seminar-training will be conducted by foreign professors from Norway:
- Erik Eik Anda – Professor of Global Health and Epidemiology (UiT The Arctic University of Norway)
- Kristin Benjaminsen Borch – Associate Professor, Department of Epidemiology, Head of the Systematic Epidemiology Research Group (UiT The Arctic University of Norway)
