Today in Dormitory No. 17, we had a wonderful conversation with the students over a lunch of nauryz kozhe. Nauryz kozhe, cooked in a large cauldron, consists of seven different flavors and is a symbol of abundance and prosperity. We discussed the uniqueness and meaning of nauryz kozhe.
