M.G. Rosenberg International Competition
The KazNU team represented the university at the M.G. Rosenberg International Competition, held from March 24 to 27 in Moscow at the All-Russian Academy of Foreign Trade with the support of the ICAC at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. The competition is a prestigious student moot arbitration focused on international commercial arbitration and private international law. As a result, the team consisting of Liza Nurserik, Shi Xingjian, and Aidana Bolatzhan won an honorable 3rd place. Liza Nurserik was awarded the “Best Speaker” nomination for her outstanding professionalism and advocacy skills. The participants demonstrated strong knowledge, analytical thinking, and the ability to perform under pressure among 16 top teams. In the first round, the team ranked 1st with 96 out of 100 points and confidently advanced to the next stage, outperforming leading Chinese university teams. The team was coached by L.B. Nysanbekova, whose guidance and support played a key role in this achievement.
