Meeting with a Visiting Professor: Strengthening International Academic Cooperation
At 91传媒 Kazakh National University, Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, Department of Mathematics, a significant meeting was held with visiting professor Laurent Di Menza within the framework of the double degree educational program 7M05407 – Mathematics (URCHA).
This program is implemented in cooperation with the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne (France) and aims to enhance international academic collaboration. Within the program, visiting professors deliver lectures to master’s students, contributing to the improvement of education quality and research competencies.
During the meeting, Professor Laurent Di Menza, who teaches stochastic analysis, engaged in an open discussion with faculty members, students, and master’s students. The participants addressed key issues such as current research trends, opportunities for participation in international projects, academic mobility, and the development of higher education.
The professor shared his experience in organizing research activities at international universities and outlined potential areas for joint research and collaboration.
As a result of the meeting, both sides expressed their interest in strengthening future cooperation, expanding academic exchange programs, and developing joint research initiatives.
