Mukhtar Alibek Mukhtaruly, a third-year bachelor’s student majoring in “6B03106 – Political Science,” has been awarded the title “Best Student of the CIS” for his outstanding results in an international competition, as well as for his significant contribution to the development of youth policy in the CIS countries and his active participation in public life.
Special attention should be given to Mukhtar A.M.’s achievements in research activities. In November 2023, he participated in the V International Competition for Young Scientists “Lomonosov,” organized by the International Center for Scientific Cooperation “Science and Education” (Russia). His research work was awarded a First Degree Diploma in the “Political Sciences” section and was published in the conference proceedings.
In the 2023–2024 academic year, his research titled “The Political Leader in the Teachings of Thinkers of the Past” received a Second Degree Diploma at the Republican competition of research works in political science. In addition, Alibek regularly participates in the international scientific conference of students and young scholars “Farabi Alemi.”
