Within the framework of Sustainable Development Goals 11, 13, and 17, on April 14, 2026, volunteers of the 鈥淜枚mek鈥� Public Foundation of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics organized a clean-up event at Special Boarding School No. 4.
The event was held as part of the 鈥淭aza Kazakhstan鈥� initiative and aimed at environmental protection, promoting ecological awareness, and maintaining the cleanliness of public spaces.
Senior lecturer of the Department of Computational Sciences and Statistics Abenov B.K., took part in the event and emphasized the importance of developing environmental culture among young people and encouraging respect for community work.
The volunteers cleaned the school grounds, collected waste, and actively participated in landscaping activities. In addition, trees and flowers were planted, and the school territory was improved and organized.
Such initiatives help encourage young people to care for nature and strengthen social responsibility within society.
